Klimat Horadada, S.L, in application of current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that the personal data collected through the forms on the Website: https://www.klimat.es/, are included in the specific automated files of users of Klimat Horadada, S.L’s services.
The automated collection and processing of personal data is intended to maintain the commercial relationship and perform tasks of information, training, counseling, and other activities typical of Klimat Horadada, S.L.

The fields of these records are mandatory, and it is impossible to carry out the expressed purposes if these data are not provided.
For how long is the collected personal data kept?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or you do not request its deletion, and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the services provided.

Klimat Horadada, S.L is the owner of all copyright, intellectual and industrial property, “know-how,” and any other rights related to the contents of the website https://www.klimat.es/ and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.
The reproduction, publication, and/or non-strictly private use of the total or partial contents of the website https://www.klimat.es/ is not permitted without prior written consent.
Software Intellectual Property
The user must respect third-party programs made available by Klimat Horadada, S.L, even if they are free and/or publicly available.
Klimat Horadada, S.L has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.
The user does not acquire any rights or licenses for the contracted service, nor over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical monitoring information of the service, with the exception of the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only during the duration thereof.
For any action that exceeds the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from Klimat Horadada, S.L. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by Klimat Horadada, S.L, assuming the civil and criminal liability derived from any incident that could occur in the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on their part.
Intellectual property of hosted content
Usage contrary to intellectual property legislation of the services provided by Klimat Horadada, S.L is prohibited, and in particular:
- Use that is contrary to Spanish laws or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of Klimat Horadada, S.L, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.
- Cracks, program serial numbers, or any other content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.

The user bears full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, third-party claims, and legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors.
The user is responsible for compliance with current laws and regulations and the rules concerning the operation of online services, electronic commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.
The user shall indemnify Klimat Horadada, S.L for any expenses generated by the legal imputation of Klimat Horadada, S.L in any case where responsibility is attributable to the user, including legal defense fees and costs, even in the event of a non-final judicial decision.
Protection of hosted information
Klimat Horadada, S.L performs backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total restoration of data deleted by users, as the aforementioned data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of contents preserved in the backup copies made by Klimat Horadada, S.L when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to prior acceptance by the user.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Klimat Horadada, S.L.
Commercial communications
In application of the LSSI, Klimat Horadada, S.L will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic communication means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof.
In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Klimat Horadada, S.L is authorized to send commercial communications regarding Klimat Horadada, S.L products or services that are similar to those initially contracted by the customer.
In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no further commercial information be sent to them through the Customer Service channels.
